Gary started his appraisal career in 2001 and has remained actively appraising single family properties in ND and MN. Gary has also practiced real estate sales in ND and MN since 1996 and is currently the broker/owner of Goose River Realty, LLC. Prior to selling and appraising residential real estate, Gary taught in the public school system for 14 years, coached for 9 years, and farmed for 11 of those years.
