The Appraisal Office was founded in 1992, by Dennis Huber. Dennis created The Appraisal Office as a way for multiple appraisers to collaborate together and to provide full time office staff to assist our clients, lenders, and appraisers. On January 1, 2023, Jessica Cassady became the new owner of The Appraisal Office. Jessica is a Certified Residential Appraiser that has been with The Appraisal Office since 2007.
Our Appraisal team consists of 4 Certified Appraisers, 1 Licensed Appraiser, and 1 Appraiser-Trainee.
Along with our Appraiser team, we have a full-time office manager and a full-time office assistant available from 8:00am-4:30pm M-F. Our staff is ready to assist you!
